We’re confident in our pricing, service quality, and Council-compliant designs. Simply show us a current written quote from a licensed competitor for the same scope of work, and we’ll do it for 10% less.

1. Eligibility
This offer applies to customers who present a written competitor quote for equivalent services before accepting a quote from Soil and Water.
2. Comparable Quote Requirements
• The competitor quote must be current, dated within 30 days, and on the competitor’s official letterhead.
• The quoted services must be identical or directly comparable in scope, quality, and specifications to those offered by Soil and Water (and excludes Bushfire Assessment).
• The competitor must be an Australian-registered business and must regularly provide the same or similar services in the local government areas of Yass Valley, Queanbeyan-Palerang, Goulburn-Mulwaree or Upper Lachlan only.
3. Discount Application
• Soil & Water will beat the competitor’s price by 10% on the quoted total, excluding any taxes, fees, or surcharges.
• The 10% discount applies only to the base service or product price, not to additional items such as travel, permits, or third-party costs.
• The offer is not applicable to quotes that include promotional pricing, package deals, bulk discounts, or pricing errors.
• The offer does not apply to supply or install of wastewater management systems.
4. Verification
Soil & Water reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the competitor quote and assess equivalence of scope and quality before approving the discount.
5. Limitations
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
• The offer is valid for one quote per customer and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Soil & Water reserves the right to decline a quote match where the competitor’s price is below market cost or not commercially reasonable.
6. Duration
This offer is valid until 31 December 2025 and may be modified or cancelled at any time without notice.
